Since QADKAM is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the "Company Registration" is done and "Companies Commission of Malaysia" has issued the certificate of incorporation. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon hiring QADKAM's services or any item at our site. Please note that our SERVICES are offered only for "Company Registration" ; and are not an issue for a refund or charge back. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we offer.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the ONE following reason:
-Non-Registration of company due to any mistake caused by QADKAM's staff. If we are unable to register your company, once the name is available with SSM, QADKAM WILL REFUND 100% YOUR MONEY BACK.
